How does the process work?
Use our FREE service to cut your businesses telecoms costs in four easy steps:
- Find a recent bill and contact our telecoms customer service team.
- On receipt of a bill we will analyse your current costs, calculate potential savings and produce a proposal document for your perusal.
If we need to speak to your current provider at any time we will do so, with your permission, under a letter of authority.
As well as switching advice, our recommendations include help with new connections, new phone systems, inbound marketing numbers (0800, 0845 etc), and moving from fax machines to fax-2-email.
- If you would like to proceed with the offer we will organise the contract paperwork with your chosen provider. Your new telecoms provider will then contact you when the transfer is complete and ensure that there is no disruption to your supply.
- Your new telecoms provider will carry out mid-contract review and establish if any further savings can be made - all of this is provided completely free of charge.
